Police in Hythe are concerned for the welfare of a teenage girl who has gone missing from her home in Dibden Purlieu.
She has never left home before and was in a distressed state after family discussion ended in disagreement.
15-year-old Rosemary Edwards was last seen by her parents in her room at 10.30pm on Tuesday, September 4. The following morning they discovered she was missing.
Rosemary failed to attend Noadswood School on Wednesday and attempts to trace her since through friends and other avenues have failed, raising concern for her safety and wellbeing.
Rosemary is described as:
- White
- 5ft 9ins tall
- Slim build
- She is thought to have been wearing blue jeans, a horizontally striped pattern top with turquoise and light blue stripes, blue ankle shoes with white flower pattern.
- Her hair is dark blonde and stops about four inches above her waist and is either worn loose or in a loose braid.
Rosemary appears to look older than she actually is.
Police in Hythe appeal to anyone who has seen Rosemary, or has knowledge of her whereabouts to contact them on 0845 045 45 45. |
