Wilhelm Busch moved with his family from Switzerland to North Road in Hythe last year.
He likes gardening and in summer 2008 he came up with an idea to collect all the sunflower seeds from his garden in Switzerland with his older brother.
He took these seeds with him to the UK and planted them in the garden of his new home in Hythe.
Last year he had very tall and strong sunflowers but this year his results are amazing!
The tallest sunflower is about 3.2 metres (10.5ft) high and the diameter of the blossom is nearly 35 cm (13.78 inches).
He is very proud to have these beautiful, colourful and strong Swiss sunflowers here in the UK.
Perhaps he will become a gardener in the future.
He won the first prize in his family competition in growing the sunflowers.
